  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be refunded.


3. Vendor Responsibilities
  • Vendors are responsible for setting up and maintaining their booths as per the provided guidelines.

  • Vendors must comply with all local laws and event rules.

  • Vendors are responsible for any damage caused to the venue or others’ property.


4. Use of Photos & Media
  • By participating, vendors consent to the use of their images and booth photos in Island Vendor Market promotional materials, website, and social media.


5. Intellectual Property
  • All content on our website (logo, text, images) is the property of Island Vendor Market or used with permission and may not be copied or reproduced without consent.


6. Limitation of Liability
  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event.

  • Participation is at the vendor’s own risk.


7. Changes to Terms
  • We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or participation in events indicates agreement to the new terms.
